Dr Dimitri Tsakas BSW (Hons), BTh, MIntRel, PhD (International Relations)

Dimitri Tsakas is a Writer, Social Worker, and Theologian whose work bridges the global and the personal, exploring the deep connections between international affairs, human psychology, and spiritual insight.

With a doctorate in International Relations and a background in Social Work and Theology, his writing explores the interplay between politics, psychology, and spirituality.

With over 35 years of experience in Social Work, Pastoral Counselling, and Community Development, Dimitri has worked at the intersection of personal and societal transformation. His career has been marked by deep engagement in inter-cultural dialogue, fostering understanding and connection across diverse communities.

Dr Tsakas is the author of Between Altars and Alliances and draws on decades of experience in Community Work, Pastoral Care, and International Relations Research to offer insight across the personal, interpersonal, and geopolitical dimensions of human life.

Michelle Tsakas is a Counsellor, Author, and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in private practice through her clinic, Conscious Mind.

Her academic background includes a specialisation in feminist literature and formal qualifications in Social Work, with a lifelong focus on the emotional and relational dimensions of human wellbeing.

As a fully accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Michelle has supported countless individuals and couples in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

She is the author of The Conscious Mind Project: Cultivating Self Wisdom for Authentic Living (published by Conscious Mind Press), a practical and reflective guide to living with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
